Shipping policy

Shipping is a $12 flat rate to anywhere within Canada. Orders will be shipped with Canada Post and will be shipped out within 1-5 business days of placing your online order. Most orders that are shipped within Canada should arrive within 7 days of shipping, unless any unforeseen problems or circumstances occur. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you live within the Pembroke area and would like to pick up your order instead of shipping it, please select "In-Store Pick Up" at checkout. Your order will be ready for pick up by the next business day (unless you receive an email stating otherwise). For in-store pick up, your purchase can be picked up at dot. (70 Pembroke St. W) within our hours of operation- Tuesday-Friday 10am-5pm and Saturday 10am-4pm.
